FAQ
A $100 deposit is required to secure your party booking, with the remaining balance due on the day of the event, based on your final guest count. To receive a refund of your deposit, cancellations must be made at least 3 business days in advance of your booking date.
A minimum of 8 guests is required to enjoy the full birthday party experience at Paradigm Zone. This includes the guest of honor.
If you need to make any changes to your party booking, please contact us by phone or email. For cancellations, we ask that you inform us at least three business days before the party to receive a full refund of your deposit.

You are welcome to bring your own birthday cake! We can provide storage aswell.
We request that you and your guests arrive 15 minutes prior to your party start time. This will ensure that your party experience begins on time and that none of your guests miss out on any of the fun! All parties at Paradigm Zone commence on the hour.
