- Why did you start Paradigm Zone?
- Paradigm Zone started with one simple goal. To create a fun and genuinely different experience that Adelaide had not seen before. Over time, that goal evolved into building an amusement venue that never stands still. One that keeps improving, experimenting, and listening. The long term vision is to bring this kind of experience to more people across Australia.
- Are you a chain or an independent business?
- Paradigm Zone is fully independent. It was started by Tommy, the founder and CEO, straight out of high school with some prior business experience and no corporate backing or wealthy background behind it. Being independent lets us move faster, take risks, and challenge how amusement venues are usually run.
- Do you actually listen to customer feedback?
- Yes. Feedback is a big part of how we improve. As a small team, we rely heavily on input from the people who play here. Suggestions are taken seriously, acted on quickly, and used as real steps toward making the experience better.
- Do you prioritise profit or player experience?
- Player experience comes first. We believe that when people genuinely enjoy their time here, revenue and profit follow naturally. Decisions are made based on what improves the experience, not what looks best on a quarterly report.
- Who runs Paradigm Zone day to day?
- Paradigm Zone is run day to day by a small, hands on team made up mostly of Gen Z and Gen Alpha staff. They are on the floor, involved in the details, and constantly working to make the venue better every single day.
